M.A.  Clinical Psychology-Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.

B.A. Psychology, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida.

I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in the Child Track at Emory University.  I completed an American Psychological Association approved internship at the Astor Home for Children in Rhinebeck, New York.  My work experience includes a stint in community mental health, 29 years in the DeKalb County School District, and 36 years in private practice.  In DeKalb I worked as a clinician in a center for severely emotionally disturbed students, as the clinical coordinator for the same program, as a school psychologist, and most recently as the coordinator of the psychological services department.  This last job entailed supervising 44 psychologists and managing a 3.5 million dollar budget.  I have taught graduate assessment courses at Emory University, and supervised many clinical, counseling, and school psychology graduate students from local universities over the last thirty years.  I am currently an adjunct professor at Emory University.  I have maintained a private practice in Norcross since 1986 and moved the practice to Decatur, Georgia in 2016.
